Despite prejudices, a young couple finds faith in themselves and each other.
Seven years ago, we met at the cinema and fell in love.
Not long after, we became husband and wife.
For an outsider, we look like any other couple you meet: two people in love with each other,
trying hard to make their relation work, two dreamers talking about future plans,
while trying to ignore the ugly side of life that we all come across everyday.
Except, we're more than that.
My Muslim Husband
by Daniel Bărnuți & Alexandra Bărnuți
SYNOPSIS:
"Alexandra marries Daniel, a young Romanian convert to Islam.
She believes that being open to learning about a different culture,
will enable her new family to find happiness and harmony.
But soon, the young couple has to face not only the religious discrimination of society, but also other prejudices.
Alexandra and Daniel must fight for each other and their relationship,
even though it means leaving behind their old selves or cutting off some people from their lives."

World Premiere was amazing, full house at cinema Victoria, in our home city.
Thank you to all of you, who choose to share this moment with us.
After the screening, I received this message, and I want to share it with you:
"I have no words to congratulate you for this achievement of YOURS,
which truly means LOVE. I seem to relive the moments 40 years ago,
when I stole my birth certificate to marry (over my mother's will) my current wife.
And I did. But, now after watching your film I realize the mistake I made....
I should have, then, and for forever, to repeat to my wife that I LOVE her!"
❤️❤️❤️
